-8 ounces cream cheese, softened
-1/2 cup powdered allulose (or your choice [Great Aternative would work])
-2 teaspoons vanilla
-1 cup heavy whipping cream
1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered allulose and vanilla until light and creamy. Remove cream cheese mixture from mixing bowl and set aside.
2. Add 1 cup heavy whipping cream to mixing bowl and whip until soft peaks form.
3. Add cream cheese mixture to heavy cream and beat just until stiff peaks form.
4. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
